I have some general information and offerings to Hecate, if that helps. In terms of devotional acts, I’m not so sure since I haven’t tried any myself. Honestly, practicing witchcraft, honoring the moon’s phases, and shadow work would be prime devotional acts to Her. Although I’m sure Her devotees would have a better answer than I would.
